My name is Merry Lipinski. I hold a double Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from Indiana University and a Master's degree in „Psychology of Excellence in Business and Education" from the University of Munich. I have a wide variety of experiences working with children and adults, including working as a summer camp counselor, teaching English as a foreign language to children and adults, coordinating management trainings, and organizing a career fair for students. My personal interests lie in promoting the well-being of children, discussing, analyzing, and/or teaching psychology and literature, writing poetry, dancing, and spending time in nature. The experiences from working at the Bavarian Center for Gifted and Talented have truly enriched my life- whether from the lit up faces of my English students or from the discussion of concerns from teachers or parents about how to best support their student or child. With this in mind, I hope to enrich the lives of others in return.
Most important to me is that every child is given the opportunity to create their own unique (and positive) contribution to the world. I am proud that the Bavarian Center for Gifted and Talented also shares this goal. The work done here is dedicated to igniting a love for learning in each child, and a love for living.
