Erste internationale Konferenz des IRATDE in Xi´an China - 30. Okt. bis 2.Nov. 2009
Die erste Internationale Konferenz "the Cultivation and Education of Creativity and Innovation" der Internationale Research Association for Talent Development and Excellence (IRATDE) fand vom 30.October bis zum 2.November, 2009 in Xi'an (China) statt.
Keynote speaker waren u.a. Prof. Anders Ericsson (Titel des Vortrages: The Scientific Study of Expert Levels of Performance can Guide Training for Producing Superior Achievement in Creative Domains), Prof. Albert Ziegler, Secretary-General of IRATDE (Titel des Vortrages: Title: The Tower of Creativity), Prof. Heidrun Stoeger, Vice President of IRATDE (Titel des Vortrages: Title: The One-Sigma Problem: The Impact of Beliefs on Intelligence, Achievement, and Creativity), Prof. Shane N. Phillipson (Titel des Vortrages: Title: Talent and Creativity in the year 2009 - State of the Art) und Roya Klingner, Leiterin des Begabungszentrums Bayern (Titel des Vortrages: The Power of Creativity).
Ausserdem gab es viele interessante Workshops zum Thema Kreativität und Begabung. Zwischen den Veranstaltungen ergaben sich viele Gelegenheiten für sehr interessante Gespräche und Erfahrungsaustausch.
Insgesamt eine sehr interessante und erfolgreiche Veranstaltung. Die nächste Konferenz findet im Jahr 2011 in Saudi Arabien statt.
