Ms. Min Tang is currently pursuing a PhD degree in the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Munich, Germany. Since 1998, she has worked in different universities of P. R. China in the fields of e-learning, continuing education, and cross-cultural communication and cooperation. She is a published author of cross-cultural studies of science learning and intercultural communication. Her research interests include creativity, inventiveness, self-regulated learning and cross-cultural studies. She is an active member of several associations, including the International Research Association for Talent Development and Excellence (IRATDE), the Association of the Former Scholarship Recipients of Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung and the Chinese Society of Education.
